We entrust our deliveries to UPS, FedEx and USPS
Cost of delivery does not vary according to the order total, weight and volume of packaging.
Delivery is expected within 24 hours if the order is placed before 12.00 pm of the previous day with the exception of holidays and weekends.
Shipping status can be constantly monitored by consulting couriers’ tracking website.
Receipt of goods
On delivery of the order, you are invited to check:
that the number of packages indicated on the courier's delivery note corresponds to the number delivered;
that the package is intact and not damaged; the delivering courier must be notified of any damage immediately and email notification sent to email@example.com
Shipment is free for orders in excess of $ 150.00 (Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico excluded)
For orders received prior to 12.00 p.m. (EST), delivery of the merchandise is guaranteed within 2-5 working days (excluding holidays and weekends). The company declines any liability for delays caused by force majeure, by errors in communication of the delivery address, or by failure of the customer to be in attendance when the merchandise is delivered.
